All CT Public Schools Closed for the remainder of the year.

For those of you that had provided an email address with your registration, this was sent out this week. We are able to access some documents remotely, but still have no access to our office. Please stay safe everyone!
Hello Everyone,
I hope this communication finds you well and safe. We have been receiving many emails about classes from this semester. Every day, there is new information regarding COVID-19 and our role in combating it is constantly changing. It has been a stressful time and Windsor Locks has suffered the loss of several residents to C19, yet the nightly bell ringing shows hope for a healthy future and a sense of community. As you know, Windsor Locks Public Schools have been closed since March 16th and we have had no access to our office since then. At present, we can only monitor our office email,
Please understand that our enrichment program is not for profit and any funds that exceed the cost are put towards materials for our mandated students. Our brochure and mailing are a great cost and are planned months in advance to keep the program running.
At this time with no access to our office, we would like to offer a voucher for any paid class transferable to anytime next school year. Anyone who would like to request a refund can email me a separate email with the subject line: Spring 2020 Enrichment Refund Request. We will keep your request on file until we can address it once school reopens. The last date CT public schools were set to reopen is May 20th, but there has been discussion that may be extended.
Thank you for understanding as we navigate through this difficult time. We are grateful for your support and you are the reason we can keep this program running for the people of Windsor Locks, East Granby, and surrounding towns. Our mission is to provide the community with lifelong learning opportunities and our students come first!
Please stay safe and take care of yourselves!
